Monaco's resident UHNWI population requires healthcare access that matches their standards for every other domain of their lives: immediate, discreet, internationally coordinated, and free from the procedural friction of standard medical pathways. FFGR Monaco's Medical Concierge service provides exactly this — with institutional relationships across Monaco's clinical infrastructure and Europe's premier medical institutions.
The Monaco Clinical Landscape
The Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace is Monaco's primary hospital — and one of the better-equipped per-capita facilities in Europe. For elective and specialist care, however, Monaco's UHNWI community typically accesses the broader Riviera clinical network: the Clinique Saint-George in Nice (cardiology), the Institut Arnault Tzanck in Mougins (oncology, cardiology), and for international referrals, the Clinique de Genolier in Switzerland and the Charité University Hospital in Berlin.
FFGR Monaco holds working relationships with patient liaison teams at each of these institutions. We do not practise medicine, and we do not advise on clinical decisions — but we manage the logistics, appointment sequencing, transport, and administrative coordination that allows our clients to move efficiently through the healthcare system at the level their situation requires.
House-Call Physician Network
For immediate, non-emergency medical requirements — acute illness while on the yacht, post-operative monitoring during Riviera stays, IV vitamin therapy, travel vaccinations — we maintain a network of Monaco and Nice-based physicians who attend on a house-call basis. Response time from initial WhatsApp contact to physician arrival is typically under two hours for Monaco, Cap-d'Ail, and Cap-Ferrat addresses.
All house-call physicians in our network are bilingual (French/English minimum), registered with the Ordre des Médecins, and carry emergency resuscitation equipment. For clients who require multilingual care — Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese — we coordinate interpreter services as part of the same request.
International Referral and Medevac
When a client's medical situation requires referral beyond Monaco's clinical infrastructure — a second opinion at Mayo Clinic, urgent specialist access at Cleveland Clinic, or emergency transfer to a facility with specific surgical capability — FFGR Monaco coordinates the entire logistics chain. This includes private jet medical configuration, ground ambulance from the aircraft to the receiving facility, hotel accommodation for accompanying family members, and ongoing communication between Monaco-based treating physicians and the receiving team.
Medevac coordination — for acute emergencies requiring immediate air transport — is managed through our aviation partners and can be activated within four hours of initial request in most European origin locations.
