Monaco Yacht Show
The world's finest superyachts in one harbour. The ground logistics they deserve.

“For four days each September, the yachting world fits inside one harbour. We ensure you move around it effortlessly.”
Every year in late September, Port Hercule becomes the centre of the yachting world. The finest superyachts afloat berth stern-to along the quays, the harbour perimeter closes to unaccredited traffic, and for four days the Principality's smallest district absorbs owners, buyers, brokers, captains and crews from every continent. FFGR Monaco has worked the Yacht Show quaysides for years. We know which gates open for whom, where a car can actually wait, and how to move a principal from a berth to a boardroom without losing an hour to the harbour one-way system. Fleet allocation for show week fills well in advance — early reservation is essential, every year.

Port Hercule — Access During Show Week
During the Yacht Show, the roads ringing Port Hercule — Boulevard Albert 1er, the Quai Antoine 1er sector, Route de la Piscine — operate under event-specific controls: accredited vehicles only on the quays, managed drop-off points at the show entrances, and a one-way rhythm that changes between the morning trade hours and the evening cocktail circuit. What is a two-minute drive in October can consume half an hour in show week if the driver does not know the pattern.
FFGR Monaco drivers work these controls every year. We hold the local authorisations available to Monaco-based operators, we know each show entrance and its closest legal set-down, and we position vehicles so that the walk from car door to gangway is measured in metres, not in laps of the harbour.

Exhibitors vs Visitors — Two Different Logistics
An exhibiting shipyard or brokerage house lives a different show from a visiting owner. Exhibitor teams need repeated, punctual rotations — crew to the berth at dawn, executives between the yacht, the exhibition tents and hotel meeting suites all day, clients delivered to the passerelle on the hour. We run dedicated vehicles on standing assignment for exhibitor teams throughout the show, one car and one driver attached to your stand or your vessel.
Visiting principals need something else entirely: a discreet arrival at the correct entrance for their pass category, a driver who waits where waiting is actually possible, and seamless onward movement to lunches at the Yacht Club de Monaco, viewings in Fontvieille, or a helicopter slot at the heliport. Both operations run from the same desk, with one WhatsApp thread for the week.

Tenders & Yachts at Anchor
Not every yacht at the show lies alongside. Many owners keep their vessels at anchor outside the harbour or berthed in Fontvieille, Cap-d'Ail or Beaulieu, moving to and from the show by tender. We coordinate the land side of every tender movement: a car positioned at the tender drop-off as you step ashore, timed against your crew's radio call rather than a guessed schedule.
For owners and guests moving between the show and vessels berthed along the coast — Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche — we sequence car and tender so neither waits on the other. Your captain speaks to our operations desk directly; you simply step from deck to door.

Nice–Monaco Transfers During the Show
Most Yacht Show guests arrive through Nice Côte d'Azur. Outside event weeks the drive to Monaco takes around 40 minutes; during the show, the final kilometre around the harbour is what requires local knowledge, and arrival timing matters more than road speed. We plan transfers against your meeting schedule and the show's daily rhythm, and we are honest about timings rather than optimistic.
For guests who prefer to fly over the coast roads, we coordinate helicopter transfers between Nice Airport and Monaco — around seven minutes of flight time — with your car waiting at the Fontvieille heliport, a few minutes from the show entrances. Air and ground legs are booked as a single itinerary.

Evenings — Cocktails, Dinners, Late Returns
The Yacht Show's real business is often done after the gates close: owner cocktails on the aft deck, brokerage dinners in Monte-Carlo, house parties above Cap-d'Ail. Our show-week drivers stay on pre-booked standby through the evening; you send an estimated departure time and we adjust in real time. No waiting on the quay while a car fights the harbour loop.
For guests continuing beyond Monaco — a late return to a hotel in Cannes, a villa above Beaulieu, or an early flight from Nice — the final evening's vehicle is booked as part of the show engagement. One consolidated itinerary, one point of contact for the week.

Reserving for Show Week
The Monaco Yacht Show returns every year in late September, and our show-week allocation fills well in advance — exhibitor teams in particular book their standing vehicles months ahead. Early reservation is the only reliable guarantee of vehicle and chauffeur availability; late requests are honoured whenever the fleet allows, with same-day arrangements subject to availability.
Contact our operations desk via WhatsApp to confirm your vehicles for show week, share your meeting schedule or stand assignment, and — for owners — the name of your vessel and where she will lie, so we can plan quayside and tender coordination from day one.
Logistics Questions
How does vehicle access to Port Hercule work during the Monaco Yacht Show?
During show week the quays are restricted to accredited vehicles, with managed drop-off points at the show entrances and a one-way circulation around the harbour. FFGR Monaco drivers work these controls every year and position vehicles at the closest legal set-down for your entrance and pass category.
Do exhibitors and visitors need different transport arrangements at the Yacht Show?
Yes. Exhibitor teams typically need a dedicated vehicle on standing assignment for the whole show — crew rotations, executive shuttles, client deliveries to the passerelle. Visiting principals need discreet point-to-point transfers timed to their pass category and meeting schedule. FFGR Monaco runs both from one operations desk.
Can FFGR Monaco coordinate with my yacht's tender during the show?
Yes. For yachts at anchor or berthed along the coast, we position a car at the tender drop-off timed against your crew's radio call, and sequence car and tender so neither waits on the other. Your captain can liaise directly with our operations desk.
How long is the transfer from Nice Airport to the Monaco Yacht Show?
Outside event weeks the drive takes around 40 minutes, depending on traffic. During the show the final approach to Port Hercule is what requires local knowledge. A helicopter transfer between Nice and Monaco takes around seven minutes of flight time, with your car waiting at the Fontvieille heliport a few minutes from the show entrances.
When should I book transport for the Monaco Yacht Show?
The show takes place every year in late September, and show-week allocation fills well in advance — exhibitor vehicles are often booked months ahead. Early reservation is the only reliable guarantee; same-day arrangements are subject to availability. Our operations desk responds within minutes, 24/7, via WhatsApp.
