FFGR Monaco's private chef service connects you with chefs trained in Monaco's finest establishments — Alain Ducasse, Le Louis XV, Joël Robuchon — available on an exclusive basis for your stay, event or ongoing engagement.
Each chef is briefed on your dietary requirements, preferences and any allergies before arrival. Market sourcing, menu engineering and wine pairing are all handled. For yacht chefs, we coordinate logistics so the galley is stocked and the chef is aboard before your crew arrives.
For private events in Monaco — cocktail receptions at the Palais, pool parties at a penthouse, intimate dinners on Cap d'Ail — we manage the full catering coordination: chef, sommelier, service team and equipment, all presented at the standard of a three-star kitchen.
